Primary cutaneous acral CD8-positive T-cell lymphoma (Q89577)

A rare lymphoproliferative neoplasm characterised by a focal dense dermal infiltrate of atypical CD8-positive lymphocytes. It manifests typically as a solitary nodule on the external ear but has also been described at other sites including the nose, hands and feet.
