Infantile acropustulosis is an uncommon pustular dermatosis of unknown aetiology. It occurs in infants of all ethnicities, though it was first described in black infants. It is characterised by recurrent crops of intensely itchy vesicles and pustules located principally on the soles and sides of the feet, and on the palms.
