Acropustulose infantil é uma dermatose pustulosa incomum de etiologia desconhecida. Ocorre em bebês de todas as etnias, embora tenha sido descrito pela primeira vez em bebês negros. Caracteriza-se por aglomerados recorrentes de vesículas e pústulas intensamente pruriginosas localizadas principalmente nas plantas e nas laterais dos pés e nas palmas.

It is characterised by recurrent crops of intensely itchy vesicles and pustules located principally on the soles and sides of the feet, and on the palms.
