A hipomagnesemia com normocalciúria é uma doença tubular renal caracterizada por hipomagnesemia no primeiro ano de vida, sem alterações na excreção de cálcio ou na concentração sérica de cálcio. Estudos de absorção intestinal de magnésio foram realizados com isótopo 28 de magnésio em um dos dois pacientes. Apesar da hipomagnesemia, a excreção urinária de magnésio permanece na faixa normal. | |||

Intestinal magnesium-absorption studies were carried out with isotope 28 of magnesium in one of the two patients.
