Clinical feature of Superficial siderosis include sensorineural deafness, cerebellar ataxia, pyramidal weakness and less frequently dementia, loss of sphincter control, anosmia, anisocoria, sensory disturbance, extra-ocular motor palsies, sciatica and lower motor neuron signs.
