• Impact Action 26: AI for Legal Management
AI robot assistant to perform jurimetrics, created to process and analyze millions of lawsuits published
on court portals in order to generate an AI model.
» Challenge: to increase the assertiveness of the legal service.
» Expected impacts: agility in the processing and analysis of lawsuits; increase in the assertiveness
of the legal service; and improvement in the drafting of lawsuits.
• Impact Action 27: Artificial Intelligence for Corporate Communication
Development of personalized chatbots based on advanced AI technology.
» Challenge: to promote greater and better interaction between the customer and the company,
allowing for an increase in the number of services provided and a reduction in waiting time.
