A macro-reentrant tachycardia that uses the AV node for anterograde conduction, and uses an accessory pathway for retrograde conduction. The accessory pathway has decremental unidirectional retrograde conduction properties. ECG of tachycardia will show normal PR, long RP, and inverted P waves in II, III and aVF, with intermediate and variable tachycardia rates for age.
