Post myelography meningitis (Q86387)

Inflammation of the meninges due to the administration of a myelographic contrast agent. The syndrome is clinically characterised by headache, neck stiffness, fever and photophobia. Diagnosis may be aided by neuroimaging and spinal fluid analysis.
