The anti Myelin associated glycolipid (MAG) IgM associated neuropathy, is a predominately sensory, less motor neuropathy with distal accentuation, sensory symptoms are often painful. It can be associated with tremor and gait disorder. It occurs usually in elderly persons (over the age of 50 years). It can be responsive to immune modulating neuropathies.
