Glomerular disease with hypercellularity reflecting inflammation. Traditionally glomerular hypercellularity is termed proliferative change though both cellular infiltration and in-situ proliferation may be responsible for this hypercellularity, as in inflammation in other organs. The number of nuclei seen will be affected by thickness of the renal histology section.
