Medication-overuse headache associated with regular intake of any combination of ergotamine, triptans, simple analgesics, NSAIDs and/or opioids on a total of ten or more days per month for more than three months without overuse of any single drug or drug class alone. It usually, but not invariably, resolves after the overuse is stopped.
