Pandysautonomia seropositive for neural autoantibodies. Examples of autoantibodies that are most often associated with dysautonomia include nicotinic ganglionic acetylcholine receptor antibody, antineuronal nuclear antibody type-1 also known as anti-Hu (which often reflects a paraneoplastic autoimmune response or), peripherin-IgG, voltage gated potassium channel complex autoantibody, calcium-channel antibodies (N type > P/Q type), muscle AChR, striational and glutamic acid decarboxylase 65 (GAD65).
