Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, type 4J (CMT4J) is a rare from of CMT peripheral sensorimotor polyneuropathy diseases. The syndrome is characterised by rapidly progressive, asymmetric motor neuron degeneration with slow nerve conduction velocities, weakness and paralysis, without sensory loss.
