A oncodermatite papular aguda (ODPA) é caracterizada por uma erupção papular sólida, dispersa e pruriginosa. O diâmetro das pápulas é de pelo menos 1 mm. Vesículas ou pústulas no ápice podem ou não estar presentes. A obliteração das pregas cutâneas devida ao edema também pode ou não estar presente.
