Headache due to reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS), typically thunderclap headache recurring over 1-2 weeks, often triggered by sexual activity, exertion, Valsalva manoeuvres and/or emotion. Headache can remain the sole symptom of RCVS.
