Condição congênita em que o paciente tem ptose bilateral com o tamanho palpebral reduzido vertical e horizontalmente. A ponte nasal é achatada e há hipoplasia do rebordo orbitário. Ambas as medidas da fenda palpebral (abertura palpebral) vertical e horizontal estão estreitadas. Este diagnóstico é quando ocorre em ambos os olhos.

This is a congenital condition where the patient has bilateral ptosis with reduced lid size, vertically and horizontally. The nasal bridge is flat and there is hypoplastic orbital rim. Both the vertical and horizontal palpebral fissures (eyelid opening) are shortened. This diagnosis is occurring in both eyes.
