O movimento de Bobble Head Doll é um transtorno do movimento raro caracterizado por balanceamento ântero-posterior 2-3 vezes por segundo de cabeça e pescoço. É mais comumente encontrado nocontexto de um cisto aracnoideo no 3º ventrículo ou supra-selar em crianças. Os movimentos tornam-se acentuados quando o paciente está em pé e desaparecem quando ele está deitado. Reparo cirúrgico dos cistos resulta em melhora dos movimentos anormais.

The bobble-head-doll movement is a rare movement disorder characterised by a 2-3/second antero-posterior bobbing of the head and neck. It is most commonly encountered in the setting of a 3rd ventricle or suprasellar arachnoid cyst in children. The movements become accentuated when the patient is upright and disappear when the patient is recumbent. Surgical repair of the cysts results in improvement of the abnormal movements.
