Dyschromatosis from chronic arsenic toxicity presents as hypermelanotic and hypomelanotic symmetrically distributed freckle or raindrop-like macules on the torso and limbs. These may be preceded by diffuse hyperpigmented patches in the intertriginous, genital, and acral areas.
