Immune-mediated rippling muscle disease (iRMD) may concomitantly occur with Acetylcholine receptor positive Myasthenia Gravis (MG) without germline caveolin-3 gene mutations. Acetylcholinesterase-inhibitors may aggravate the symptoms. generalised MG and iRMD are treatable by immunomodulating and immunosuppressant drugs such as prednisone or azathioprine with timely and enduring relief.
