An acquired structural abnormality of one or both lips in which there is a fixed increase in the size of the lip resulting from hypertrophy of its glandular or fibrous stromal elements, from infiltrative inflammatory or non-inflammatory processes or from fixed vascular dilatation as may develop in a vascular malformation.
