A condition in which there a usually widespread eruption of punctate pink macules weals which appear to be fixed. Careful observation demonstrates that individual macules are short-lived as in cholinergic urticaria but are constantly replaced by new macules. The link to sweating and exercise is not so prominent and the condition is not always pruritic..
