Uma afecção causada por desidratação, diminuição do volume de urina ou das taxas de fluxo de fluido, ou aumento da excreção de minerais como cálcio, oxalato, magnésio, cistina e fosfato. Esta afecção é caracterizada por cálculos urinários localizados no segmento intestinal para desvio urinário (neobexiga ileal, conduto ileal, bolsa ileocecal). Essa afecção também pode se manifestar com hematúria, disúria ou dor no flanco, abdômen inferior ou virilha. A confirmação é feita por radiografia abdominal para determinar a presença e localização de cálculos.

A condition caused by dehydration, decreased urine volume or fluid flow rates, or increased excretion of minerals such as calcium, oxalate, magnesium, cystine, and phosphate. This condition is characterised by urinary calculi located in the bowel segment for urinary diversion (ileal neobladder, ileal conduit, ileocaecal pouch). This condition may also present with haematuria, dysuria, or pain in the flank, lower abdomen, or groin. Confirmation is by abdominal radiography to determine the presence and location of calculi.
