A osteoartropatia hipertrófica (OAH) é uma síndrome em que ocorrem baqueteamento digital, neoformação óssea subperiostal (periostite) nos ossos longos e artrite. A forma primária hereditária associa-se a mutações no gene HPGD. A forma secundária pode ser devida a várias doenças sistêmicas, mas é mais frequentemente um fenômeno paraneoplásico relacionado ao carcinoma brônquico.

The primary hereditary form is associated with mutations in the HPGD gene. The secondary form may be secondary to a number of systemic disorders, most commonly as a paraneoplastic phenomenon related to bronchial carcinoma.
