Rosácea papulopustulosa é caracterizada, como o nome indica, por pápulas eritematosas e pústulas estéreis afetando a pele da face. Estão tipicamente localizadas em bochechas, centro do queixo, nariz e centro da fronte. A pele perilesional está inflamada e pode estar edemaciada. Em contraste com a acne papulopustulosa, comedões, nódulos e cistos não estão presentes.

These are typically located on the cheeks, central chin, nose and central forehead. The perilesional skin is inflamed and may be oedematous.
