Erupção aguda e geralmente disseminada de pápulas pequenas (<1 cm) de psoríase associadas na maioria dos casos a infecção estreptocócica precedente, particularmente amigdalite e dor de garganta estreptocócica. Esta forma de psoríase é observada tipicamente em crianças e adultos jovens. Se não tratada, tende a se resolver em um período de quatro a seis meses.
