A anorgasmia é caracterizada pela ausência ou diminuição acentuada da frequência do orgasmo ou da intensidade das sensações orgásticas. Em mulheres, isso inclui um atraso acentuado no orgasmo, o que nos homens seria diagnosticado como ejaculação retardada do homem. In women, this includes a marked delay in orgasm, which in men would be diagnosed as Male Delayed Ejaculation.
