Podem variar em tamanho de alguns milímetros a vários centímetros de diâmetro. Se o diâmetro máximo projetado ou final no adulto for maior que 20 cm, eles são denominados nevos melanocíticos congênitos gigantes. | |||

They may range in size from a few millimetres to many centimetres in diameter. If their projected or final adult maximal diameter is greater than 20 cm they are termed giant congenital melanocytic naevi. | |||
