Morfologicamente, é idêntico ao seminoma e consiste em uma população monótona de células germinativas com citoplasma claro abundante e núcleos uniformes. O estroma invariavelmente contém células inflamatórias crônicas, principalmente linfócitos T. Responsivo à quimioterapia ou radioterapia e o prognóstico está relacionado ao estádio do tumor. | |||
