A condition characterised by the development during early childhood of persistent prominent grouped follicular papules on the neck, posterior axillary folds, elbows, sacral area, hips and knees. There may be associated thickening of palmoplantar skin. It appears to be most prevalent in Sub-Saharan Africa.
