Dor miofascial temporomandibular primária crônica é definida como dor orofacial crônica no(s) músculo(s) masseter(es) ou temporal(is) que ocorre por pelo menos 2 horas por dia, em pelo menos 50% dos dias, durante pelo menos três meses.
