Skin changes including retiform purpura, livedo reticularis, Raynaud phenomenon and acrocyanosis, attributable to abnormal levels of circulating globulins. Such changes are particularly associated with Waldenström macroglobulinaemia but may occur with other monoclonal paraproteinaemias or with hyperglobulinaemia associated with infection or systemic autoimmune disorders.
