The cardinal features of this rare autosomal dominant condition are generalised poikiloderma with accentuation in flexural regions, sclerosis of palms and soles, linear hyperkeratosis and sclerotic bands in the axillae and antecubital and popliteal fossae, clubbing of the fingers.
