A neuropatia associada a anti-glicolipídeo associado à mielina (MAG) IgM, é predominantemente sensitiva, menos à neuropatia motora com acentuação distal, os sintomas sensitivos são frequentemente dolorosos. Pode estar associada a tremor e transtorno da marcha. Ocorre geralmente em pessoas idosas (com mais de 50 anos). Pode ser responsivo a neuropatias imunomoduladoras.
