Condição do sistema geniturinário, causada por complicações subsequentes a aborto, parto cirúrgico ou espontâneo de um recém-nascido ou como resultado de trabalho de parto obstruído. Esta condição é caracterizada pela formação de uma passagem anormal entre a uretra e a vagina. Esta condição não tem efeito sobre a parte do sistema nervoso e os músculos que controlam a consciência e a vontade na micção. Essa condição inclui a separação completa da uretra e da bexiga.

A condition of the genitourinary system, caused by complications following abortion, operative or spontaneous delivery of a neonate, or as a result of obstructed labour. This condition is characterised by the formation of an abnormal passage between the urethra and the vagina. This condition does not have an effect on the part of the nervous system and the muscles which control awareness and volition in urinating. This condition includes complete separation of the urethra and bladder.
