Spindle cell haemangioma (SCH), also known as spindle cell haemangioendothelioma, is a rare benign vascular tumour either solitary or multiple, characterised by cavernous blood vessels separated by spindle cells reminiscent of those in Kaposi s sarcoma and located in the dermis and subcutis.
