There are very few reports about myeloproliferative disorders complicated by vasculitis, found mainly in cutaneous blood vessels. Use of corticosteroids or chemotherapy for the underlying malignancy inconsistently affects the clinical course of the vasculitis. Myeloproliferative disorders should be considered among disorders with cutaneous vasculitis.
