Esta seção permite a criação de perfis de funcionalidade e pontuações gerais de funcionalidade de indivíduos, que são adequados para descrever e quantificar o nível de funcionalidade associado a condições de saúde._x000D_ _x000D_ Para guiar essa avaliação da funcionalidade a seção inclui dois instrumentos desenvolvidos pela OMS baseados na CIF: o WHODAS 2.0 versão de 36 itens (Avaliação de Saúde e Incapacidade: Manual do WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0) e o MDS - Model Disability Survey (Modelo para Inquéritos de Incapacidade)._x000D_ _x000D_ A seção é complementada por um conjunto genérico de categorias de funcionalidade de alto poder explicativo derivadas do anexo 9 da CIF. | |||

The section allows for creating functioning profiles and overall functioning scores of individuals, which are suitable to describe and quantify the level of functioning associated with a health conditions. The section allows for creating functioning profiles and overall functioning scores of individuals, which are suitable to describe and quantify the level of functioning associated with a health conditions.
