Malformação cardiovascular congênita associada ao estreitamento na via de saída que dá suporte à valva pulmonar._x000D_ _x000D_ Informações adicionais: a estenose pulmonar subvalvar (infundibular) é um estreitamento da via de saída do ventrículo imediatamente abaixo da valva pulmonar. Este termo deve ser usado preferencialmente no cenário de conexões ventrículo-arteriais anormais, como ventrículo com dupla via de saída. Embora a estenose pulmonar subvalvar seja um tipo de obstrução da via de saída do ventrículo direito se as conexões ventrículo-arteriais estiverem normais, neste cenário deve ser utilizada "Obstrução congênita da via de saída do ventrículo direito". A estenose pulmonar subvalvar também é um tipo de obstrução da via de saída do ventrículo esquerdo no contexto de conexões ventrículo-arteriais discordantes; este termo deve ser usado quando a obstrução é apenas aparente imediatamente abaixo da valva pulmonar; caso contrário, deve ser utilizado o termo "Obstrução congênita da via de saída do ventrículo esquerdo".

A congenital cardiovascular malformation associated with narrowing within the outflow tract supporting the pulmonary valve. Additional information: subvalvar (infundibular) pulmonary stenosis is a narrowing of the outflow tract of the ventricle immediately below the pulmonic valve. This term should preferably be used in the setting of abnormal ventriculo-arterial connections, such as double outlet ventricle. Although subvalvar pulmonary stenosis is a type of right ventricular outflow tract obstruction if the ventriculo-arterial connections are normal, in this setting 'Congenital right ventricular outflow tract obstruction' should be used. Subvalvar pulmonary stenosis is also a type of left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in the setting of discordant ventriculo-arterial connections; this term should be used when the obstruction is only apparent immediately below the pulmonary valve, otherwise the term 'Congenital left ventricular outflow tract obstruction' should be used
