Oligoartrite juvenil é a forma mais comum de artrite idiopática juvenil, representando aproximadamente 50% dos casos. É mais comum em meninas (80% dos casos), com início entre os 2 e 4 anos de idade. Geralmente é assimétrica e acomete entre uma e no máximo quatro articulações, predominantemente dos membros inferiores (joelho ou pé).
