Acrodermatite papular infantil (síndrome de Gianotti-Crosti) é um padrão de reação cutânea a uma gama de agentes infecciosos que afetam predominantemente crianças pequenas de seis meses a dois anos de idade. Agentes implicados incluem o vírus da hepatite B, o vírus Epstein-Barr e alguns enterovírus. A erupção cutânea consiste em uma erupção profusa de pápulas opacas, vermelhas e achatadas de 5-10 mm de diâmetro que surgem primeiro nas coxas e nádegas, depois na face extensora dos braços, e finalmente na face. Pode haver linfadenopatia, mas a criança geralmente apresenta-se com bom estado geral e a erupção desaparece ao longo de poucas semanas. | |||

Infantile papular acrodermatitis (Gianotti-Crosti syndrome) is a cutaneous reaction pattern to a range of infective agents affecting predominantly young children aged from six months to two years. Agents implicated include hepatitis B virus, Epstein-Barr virus and a number of enteroviruses. The rash consists in a profuse eruption of 5-10 mm diameter dull red flat-topped papules which appear first on the thighs and buttocks, then on the extensor aspects of the arms, and finally on the face. There may be lymphadenopathy but the child is usually otherwise well and the eruption fades over the course of a few weeks. | |||

Infantile papular acrodermatitis (Gianotti-Crosti syndrome) is a cutaneous reaction pattern to a range of infective agents affecting predominantly young children aged from six months to two years. Agents implicated include hepatitis B virus, Epstein-Barr virus and a number of enteroviruses. The rash consists in a profuse eruption of 5-10 mm diameter dull red flat-topped papules which appear first on the thighs and buttocks, then on the extensor aspects of the arms, and finally on the face. There may be lymphadenopathy but the child is usually otherwise well and the eruption fades over the course of a few weeks.
