Pancreatite aguda associada a litíase biliar. Apesar de a litíase biliar ser uma das principais etiologias, o diagnóstico deve ser realizado após a exclusão de outras etiologias. Supõe-se que o refluxo de bile para o ducto pancreático, causado por um cálculo impactado na papila duodenal, seja uma causa disto.
