Transtorno de motilidade que se manifesta sintomaticamente com dor biliar como consequência de um transtorno metabólico inicial (bile supersaturada com colesterol) ou de uma alteração da motilidade primária da vesícula biliar, pelo menos inicialmente, sem qualquer anormalidade da composição da bile. As concentrações séricas de enzimas hepáticas, bilirrubina conjugada e amilase/lipase estão normais.

This is a motility disorder that manifests symptomatically with biliary pain as consequence of either an initial metabolic disorder (supersaturated bile with cholesterol) or a primary motility alteration of gallbladder, at least initially, of any abnormalities of bile composition. There are normal liver enzymes, conjugated bilirubin and amylase/lipase.
