Capilarite pulmonar pauci-imune isolada é uma vasculite de pequenos vasos restrita aos pulmões que pode induzir hemorragia alveolar difusa com dispneia, anemia, dor torácica, hemoptise e infiltrados alveolares bilaterais e difusos na radiografia do tórax, sem qualquer doença sistêmica subjacente. O ANCA é frequentemente positivo, mas pode ser negativo.
