Ataques recorrentes de sintomas vestibulares moderados a graves com duração de 5 minutos a 72 horas em pacientes com história pregressa ou contínua de enxaqueca. Os sintomas vestibulares geralmente são vertigem espontânea e posicional, vertigem visual e induzida por movimento da cabeça, assim como tontura induzida por movimento da cabeça com náusea. Crises de sintomas vestibulares podem ocorrer em conjunto ou independentemente de sintomas de enxaqueca como cefaleia, fotofobia, fonofobia ou aura visual. | |||
