Estrabismo não paralítico é o alinhamento binocular anormal em que um dos olhos está desviado. Todos os movimentos oculares em cada olho estão preservados. A condição pode alternar entre os olhos ou envolver somente um olho. O estrabismo pode ser intermitente ou constante. O alinhamento anormal pode estar presente na fixação à distância ou de perto ou em ambas.
