Transtorno de conduta dissocial, início na infância é caracterizado por um padrão repetitivo e persistente de comportamento no qual os direitos básicos dos outros ou normas sociais apropriadas para a idade, regras ou leis fundamentais, são violadas, como agressão a pessoas ou animais; destruição de propriedade; desonestidade ou furto; e violações graves de regras. Para ser diagnosticado, as características do transtorno devem estar presentes durante a infância antes da adolescência (p. ex., antes de 10 anos de idade), e o padrão de comportamento deve perdurar durante um período significativo de tempo (p. ex., 12 meses ou mais).
