Transtorno frotteurista é caracterizado por um padrão sustentado, focado e intenso de excitação sexual - conforme manifestado por pensamentos, fantasias, impulsos ou comportamentos sexuais persistentes - que envolve tocar ou se esfregar contra uma pessoa que não consentiu em lugares públicos lotados. Além disso, para que seja feito o diagnóstico de transtorno frotteurista, o indivíduo tem que ter colocado em prática esses pensamentos, fantasias ou impulsos ou os mesmos lhe gerarem sofrimento significativo. Transtorno frotteurista exclui especificamente o tocar ou se esfregar consensuais que ocorrem com o consentimento da(s) pessoa(s) envolvida(s). | |||
