Doença causada por determinantes ocorrendo no período pré-natal levando a mudanças na concentração dos glóbulos vermelhos. Esta doença é caracterizada por apresentar alta concentração de glóbulos vermelhos no organismo levando a um fluxo sanguíneo lento. Esta doença pode se manifestar com dores de cabeça, visão embaçada, pele avermelhada, cansaço, pressão sanguínea elevada, tonturas, períodos de confusão, problemas de sangramento, gota ou prurido cutâneo. A confirmação é feita pela identificação de níveis aumentados de glóbulos vermelhos na amostra de sangue. | |||

This disease is characterised by having a high concentration of red blood cells in the body leading to slow flow of blood. This disease may present with headaches, blurred vision, red skin, tiredness, high blood pressure, dizziness, periods of confusion, bleeding problems, gout or itchy skin.
