Doença do rim, causada pela deposição de pedaços de segmentos da cadeia leve truncados ou anormais de glóbulos brancos. Esta doença é caracterizada por depósitos de tecido fibrilar ou granular e disfunção renal, que podem levar à falência do órgão.
