Mastocitose cutânea nodular pseudoxantomatosa é uma variante rara de mastocitose cutânea que se apresenta na infância com pápulas e nódulos amarelados a vermelho-amarronzados que se assemelham a xantomas. Histologicamente, há infiltração de mastócitos profundamente na derme inferior. Tende a persistir por mais tempo do que outras formas infantis de mastocitose cutânea.

Pseudoxanthomatous nodular cutaneous mastocytosis is a rare variant of cutaneous mastocytosis which presents in infancy with yellowish to red-brown papules and nodules which resemble xanthomata. Histologically there is infiltration of mast cells deep into the lower dermis. It tends to persist longer than other childhood forms of cutaneous mastocytosis.

Pseudoxanthomatous nodular cutaneous mastocytosis is a rare variant of cutaneous mastocytosis which presents in infancy with yellowish to red-brown papules and nodules which resemble xanthomata. Histologically there is infiltration of mast cells deep into the lower dermis. It tends to persist longer than other childhood forms of cutaneous mastocytosis.
